This Privacy Policy explains how Ohvii collects, uses, stores, and deletes information in connection with its private applications and related services.
Ohvii may collect or access account connection details, authorization data, integration identifiers, application settings, service activity, logs, and records required to operate the services.
Where an authorized integration is used, Ohvii may process business or transaction data made available through that integration.
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, authenticate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services, and to comply with legal obligations.
Ohvii does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Information may be processed or stored by hosting, database, messaging, security, backup, or similar service providers only as needed to operate the services.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the services, maintain active integrations, support legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
When access is removed, an integration is disconnected, or information is no longer needed, related credentials, tokens, and associated service data may be deleted, rotated, or revoked within a reasonable period, subject to backup, security, legal, or recordkeeping requirements.
Ohvii uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information processed by the services.
No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a user authorizes a third-party connection, use of that third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Ohvii may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
