These services are private applications operated by Ohvii.
Use of the services is limited to Ohvii and any users expressly authorized by Ohvii.
Users may connect only accounts, data, and third-party services they are authorized to access and use.
The services may be used only for their intended operational purposes.
Users may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use the services in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
Ohvii may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
Access may be revoked at any time if use is no longer authorized or if the services are being modified, secured, or retired.
If a user connects a third-party account or integration, that user represents that they have authority to do so.
Users remain responsible for their use of connected third-party services and for compliance with those providers' terms.
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
Ohvii makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohvii will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from use of the services.
Ohvii may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time.
Upon termination or disconnect, related credentials, tokens, and access permissions may be revoked or deleted.
